General Description

SAC3043Q4 is a 6 to 18 GHz GaAs MMIC low noise amplifier in a 4 x 4 mm air cavity QFN. Across the band it holds 23.5 dB of gain within ±1 dB, with a 1.5 dB noise figure and 15 dBm output P1dB.

A single +5 V supply at 55 mA is all it needs, and input and output VSWR are both 1.3:1. With that much gain spread over 6 to 18 GHz, one device can set the noise floor for a wideband ECM or test receiver.
