General Description

SAC3048 is a GaAs MMIC low noise amplifier die for L and S band, 1 to 3.5 GHz. It has 25 dB of gain, a 1.2 dB noise figure, 12 dBm output P1dB and 22 dBm OIP3.

Power comes from a single +5 V line at 60 mA, and both ports are matched to 1.3:1 VSWR. The die is 1.17 x 1.21 x 0.1 mm. Low current and tight matching make it easy to drop into point to point radio, SatCom and VSAT receive paths.
