General Description

SAC3050Q3 is a GaAs MMIC LNA in a 3 x 3 mm air cavity QFN with a very wide 0.02 to 6 GHz range, starting at 20 MHz. It pairs 20 dB of gain and a 1.0 dB noise figure with 19 dBm output P1dB and 33 dBm OIP3.

Supply is +5 V at 68 mA, gain flatness is ±1 dB and VSWR 1.5:1, in a package 1.2 mm tall. That 33 dBm OIP3 gives it room to handle strong blockers in crowded telecom and microwave radio bands.
