General Description

SAC3052 is an X-band GaAs MMIC LNA die for 8 to 12 GHz with 22 dB of gain (±0.8 dB), a 1.3 dB noise figure and 14 dBm output P1dB.

Port matching is tight, at 1.2:1 input and 1.1:1 output VSWR, and the part only needs +5 V at 32 mA. The die is 1.52 x 1.22 x 0.1 mm. It fits microwave radio and SATCOM receivers where several channels have to share one power budget.
