General Description

SAC3054BQP3 is a GaAs MMIC low noise amplifier in a 3 x 3 x 0.75 mm plastic QFN, working from 0.4 to 2.1 GHz. It has 27 dB of gain, a 1.2 dB noise figure, 14 dBm output P1dB and 24 dBm OIP3.

A single +5 V supply at 50 mA runs it, and both ports are matched to 1.3:1 VSWR with gain flat to ±1 dB. Getting 27 dB from one package can save a second gain stage in L-band SATCOM and microwave radio receivers.
