General Description

SAC3056BQP3 is an over-molded plastic QFN low noise amplifier for 2 to 4 GHz, built on GaAs MMIC. Noise figure is 0.4 dB typical (0.6 dB max), with 29 dB of gain and ±0.75 dB flatness.

Output P1dB is 13 dBm and OIP3 is 25 dBm at 2.3 GHz, all from a single +5 V supply at 55 mA. The package is 3 x 3 x 0.75 mm and VSWR is 1.5:1. Its small footprint and sub-dB noise figure work well in dense EW modules and wideband receivers.
