General Description

SAC3078Q3 is a GaAs MMIC low noise amplifier in a 3 x 3 x 1.1 mm QFN, covering 2 to 6 GHz. It has 26 dB of gain flat to ±1 dB, a 0.8 dB typical noise figure (1.1 dB max) and 14 dBm output P1dB at 5 GHz.

OIP3 is 27 dBm. One +4 to +5 V rail at 50 to 60 mA biases it, and VSWR is 1.5:1 at both ports. High gain plus low noise makes it a solid first stage for S and C-band radar and ECM receivers.
