General Description

SAC3081Q3 is a GaAs MMIC low noise amplifier in a 3 x 3 mm plastic QFN with a very wide 0.02 to 8 GHz range. It provides 24 dB of gain (±1 dB), 1.3 dB noise figure typical (1.8 dB max), 13 dBm output P1dB and 25 dBm OIP3.

Current draw is 55 mA from +5 V, with an absolute max supply of +5.5 V, so keep the rail regulated. The package is 1.1 mm high and both ports run 1.5:1 VSWR. Wideband receivers, SDR front ends and high density MCMs are the intended uses.
