General Description

From 20 MHz to 8 GHz, SAC3081QP3 gives 24 dB of gain with ±1 dB flatness and a 1.3 dB typical noise figure (1.8 dB max). This GaAs MMIC LNA comes in an overmolded 3 x 3 x 0.75 mm QFN.

Output P1dB is 13 dBm and OIP3 is 25 dBm, from a +5 V supply at 55 mA. VSWR is 1.5:1 in and out. One part covering HF through C band simplifies SDR and wideband receiver designs, and the thin package suits dense MCM layouts.
