General Description

SAC3083Q3 is a 7 to 13 GHz GaAs MMIC LNA in a 3 x 3 mm plastic QFN. It delivers 20 dB of gain (±1.5 dB), a 1 dB typical noise figure (1.3 dB max), 11 dBm output P1dB and 25 dBm OIP3.

Current is only 25 mA at +5 V, which helps in multi-channel receivers where power adds up. Maximum input is rated at +27 dBm CW for 10 s, and the package stands 1.1 mm tall. Used in radar, ECM, microwave radio, space and test systems.
