General Description

For 7 to 13 GHz receive chains, SAC3083QP3 offers 20 dB of gain, a 1 dB noise figure (1.3 dB max) and 11 dBm output P1dB from a GaAs MMIC in a thin 3 x 3 x 0.75 mm QFN.

OIP3 is 25 dBm and gain flatness is ±1.5 dB across the band. Bias is +5 V at 25 mA, with 1.5:1 VSWR on both ports and a +27 dBm input rating (CW, 10 s). It fits radar and ECM receivers, microwave radio links and test equipment where board height is limited.
