General Description

SAC3084Q3 is a GaAs MMIC low noise amplifier for 2 to 8 GHz in a 3 x 3 x 1.1 mm QFN. Noise figure is 0.65 dB typical (0.85 dB max) with 27 dB of gain, ±1 dB flatness and 13 dBm output P1dB.

OIP3 is 27 dBm, and the part draws 40 mA from +5 V. Maximum input is rated at +27 dBm CW for 10 s, a useful margin in EW receivers. It also targets wideband receivers and high density MCMs.
