General Description

Covering 1.5 to 8.5 GHz, SAC3091QP3 is a GaAs MMIC LNA in an over-molded QFN surface mount package. It provides 27 dB of gain with ±1 dB flatness and a 1 dB typical noise figure (1.2 dB max).

Output P1dB is 9 dBm and OIP3 is 22 dBm, all on 25 mA from a +4 V rail. The thin 3 x 3 x 0.75 mm package keeps board height down. With that much gain over more than two octaves, one stage is often enough ahead of an EW receiver or a wideband communication downconverter.
