General Description

SAC3092 is an 18 to 40 GHz GaAs MMIC low noise amplifier in bare die form. Typical numbers are 20 dB of gain with ±1 dB flatness, a 2.0 dB noise figure and 13 dBm output P1dB at 28 GHz.

On +5 V it pulls 85 mA, and the die is 1.0 x 1.4 mm and 0.1 mm thick. Port VSWR is 1.8:1 in and 1.6:1 out. Drop it in as the first gain stage of a Ka-band SATCOM terminal, a point to point link or a test receiver.
