General Description

SAC3094QP3 is a GaAs MMIC low noise amplifier for 7 to 13 GHz, packaged in a 3 x 3 x 1.1 mm plastic QFN. Typical noise figure is 0.7 dB (1 dB max), gain is 23 dB within ±1 dB, and output P1dB is 14 dBm.

You can bias it two ways: +3 V at 20 mA for minimum power, or +5 V at 40 mA. Input and output VSWR are both 1.5:1. Covering X-band and the bottom of Ku, it suits radar and ECM receivers, microwave radio links and military or space hardware.
