General Description

SAC3095QP3 is a GaAs MMIC low noise amplifier for 2 to 8 GHz in a 3 x 3 x 1.1 mm QFN package. Noise figure is 0.6 dB typical (1 dB max), with 24 dB of gain and ±1 dB flatness.

It runs from +3 V at 25 mA or +5 V at 45 mA, with output P1dB up to 15 dBm on the +5 V rail and 1.5:1 VSWR at both ports. A sub 1 dB noise figure across the band makes it a solid first stage for radar receivers and microwave modules.
