General Description

SAC3122QP4 is the plastic QFN version of a 1 MHz to 3 GHz GaAs MMIC driver amplifier. It offers 25.5 dB of gain, 30 dBm output P1dB and 42 dBm OIP3, with 40% PAE.

This version accepts a wider +10 to +14 V drain supply at about 240 mA, and absolute maximum drain current is 400 mA. Gain flatness is ±0.5 dB, and the package measures 4 x 4 x 1.2 mm. Its linearity over such a wide band suits test sources and multi-band radio, SATCOM or radar drivers.
