General Description

SAC3143 is a X band GaAs MMIC power amplifier. SAC 3143 provides 2 1 dB of gain, and 39dBm of output power for 1 dB compression and more than 30% PAE @OP-1dB, 9 GHz from a +7V supply.

The chip has surface passivation for protection and
backside via holes and gold metallization to allow a conductive
epoxy die attach process. It’s ideal for Point to Point radio and
multifunction radar applications
