General Description

SAC3206Q3 is a non-reflective GaAs pHEMT SPDT switch covering DC to 20 GHz in a 3 x 3 mm QFN package. It keeps isolation above 40 dB and insertion loss at 2.4 dB at 20 GHz, with 20 dB return loss.

Input P1dB is 30 dBm and switching takes about 15 ns, driven by 0/+5 V complementary logic. The package is 3 x 3 x 1.2 mm. With absorptive off ports and a broad band, it fits radar, ECM and test front ends that need a surface mount SPDT.
