General Description

SAC3214 is a GaAs pHEMT SP3T switch die with non-reflective ports, covering DC to 8 GHz. It offers more than 45 dB isolation and 1.5 dB insertion loss at 8 GHz, plus 20 dB return loss.

Input P1dB reaches 25 dBm, switching is about 30 ns, and control is 0/+5 V complementary logic. The bare die measures 1.4 x 1.25 x 0.1 mm. Three terminated throws make it a good fit for filter bank and receiver path selection in radar, ECM and radio hardware.
