General Description

SAC3214A is a non-reflective GaAs pHEMT SP3T switch die covering DC to 8 GHz. Isolation is better than 45 dB at 8 GHz, with about 1.5 dB typical insertion loss (2 dB at 8 GHz) and 18 dB return loss.

Switching takes about 30 ns, input P1dB is 20 dBm, and control is 0/+5 V logic. Because the off ports are terminated, it suits filter banks and receivers that shouldn’t see reflections. The die is 1.32 x 1.21 x 0.1 mm.
