General Description

SAC3220 is a GaAs pHEMT SP4T switch die spanning DC to 20 GHz. At 18 GHz it holds isolation above 35 dB with 2.8 dB insertion loss, and return loss is about 15 dB.

The four throws are non-reflective and driven by 0/+5 V complementary logic. Die size is 1.32 x 1.32 x 0.1 mm, and RF input is rated to +28 dBm maximum. Use it for band or antenna selection in point to point radio, VSAT, SatCom and weather radar.
