General Description

SAC3222 is a GaAs pHEMT SP3T switch die covering DC to 12 GHz, with 38 dB isolation and 1.8 dB insertion loss at 12 GHz.

Input P1dB is 20 dBm, return loss is about 17 dB, and it switches in around 30 ns from 0/+5 V complementary control. The die measures 1.4 x 1.25 x 0.1 mm. It is a compact way to pick between three paths in radar, ECM, microwave radio or fiber optic test setups.
