General Description

SAC3229Q3 is a GaAs pHEMT SP3T switch with non-reflective ports in a 3 x 3 x 1.3 mm QFN, covering DC to 12 GHz. It gives more than 40 dB isolation and 2.3 dB insertion loss at 12 GHz.

Return loss is about 18 dB, input P1dB is 20 dBm, and switching takes roughly 30 ns. Logic is 0/+5 V. The leadless package lets you place a three-way selector by reflow instead of die attach and wire bonds, which suits production radio, telecom and test instrument boards.
