General Description

SAC3303Q5 puts the 2.2 to 2.6 GHz 6-bit GaAs phase shifter into a 5 x 5 mm QFN plastic package. You get 360 degrees in 5.625 degree steps, 1.0 degree RMS phase error and 4.8 dB of insertion loss.

Loss varies ±0.5 dB from state to state and VSWR is about 1.3:1 on both ports. It is driven by 0/+5 V positive control, and the body is 5 x 5 x 1.2 mm. Being surface mount, it is the easier pick for S-band EW, weather radar and SATCOM array boards built on standard reflow lines.
