General Description

For X-band boards that want surface mount parts, SAC3307BQ6 packs a 6-bit GaAs phase shifter for 8 to 12 GHz into a 6 x 6 mm QFN. Phase error stays within ±3 degrees, the LSB is 5.625 degrees, and insertion loss is 8 dB.

Its control inputs are LVTTL compatible, so it can hang directly off an FPGA or low voltage logic without level shifters. The package is 6 x 6 x 1.1 mm and RF input is rated to +25 dBm maximum. Use it in X-band military and weather radar, SATCOM and beamforming modules.
