General Description

SAC3308Q6 is the QFN packaged Ku-band phase shifter: a 6-bit GaAs MMIC chip for 14 to 18 GHz mounted in a 6 x 6 x 1.2 mm plastic package. RMS phase error is 2.5 degrees, insertion loss 10 dB, and the step size 5.625 degrees.

In the package, port VSWR is 1.4:1 and peak phase error stays inside ±4 degrees, with about ±0.5 dB amplitude change over all states. Logic is 0/+5 V and maximum RF input is +18 dBm. Good for Ku-band SATCOM terminals and EW arrays where hand-placing bare die is not practical.
