General Description

SAC3411Q3 puts a DC to 20 GHz GaAs voltage-controlled attenuator into a 3 x 3 mm QFN package. Insertion loss is 1.0 dB, the analog control range is 25 dB, and both ports run about 1.5:1 VSWR.

A negative control voltage sets the attenuation (rated to -6 V max), with input power rated to +18 dBm. At 3 x 3 x 1.2 mm it solders straight onto a PCB, so there is no die attach or wire bonding to deal with. Typical uses include EW receivers, cellular infrastructure and test equipment.
