General Description

SAC3507AQ5 is a 0.9 to 3 GHz GaAs MMIC double balanced mixer housed in a 5 x 5 mm QFN plastic package, with an IF from DC to 0.8 GHz. Conversion loss is 8 dB from a 0 dBm LO.

The package is 5 x 5 x 1.3 mm and surface mounts with no external matching parts. LO to RF isolation is 35 dB, LO to IF 30 dB, and it runs either up or down. Low LO power plus standard SMT assembly keeps L and S band receiver and exciter boards simple.
