General Description

SAC3703 is a steeper 8 dB gain equalizer die for the 1 to 20 GHz range. It keeps VSWR at 1.2:1 on input and output, with 8 ps/GHz group delay listed in the spec table.

That steeper slope can correct the rolloff of a longer cascade of wideband amplifiers, or a long cable run, with one chip. The die tolerates +20 dBm of RF input and operates from -55 to +85 °C. Aimed at general microwave assemblies built on chip and wire.
