General Description

For lower frequency chains, SAC3704 is a gain equalizer die covering 0.5 to 6 GHz with a gentle 2 dB slope. VSWR is 1.2:1 at each port and the spec table gives 10 ps/GHz for group delay.

A small 2 dB tilt is handy for trimming residual gain slope after one or two amplifier stages rather than correcting a whole cascade. Maximum RF input is +20 dBm and it is specified from -55 to +85 °C. It suits UHF through C-band microwave assemblies using chip and wire construction.
