General Description

SAC3801AQ4 puts a 2 to 20 GHz, 2-way 0° GaAs MMIC power divider in a leadless 4 x 4 mm QFN. Typical insertion loss is 1 dB, input and output VSWR are 1.4:1, and the outputs track within ±0.25 dB.

Output-to-output isolation is around 20 dB and the maximum input power rating is +30 dBm. The package is 4 x 4 x 1.2 mm and RoHS compliant, so it reflows onto a standard board without wire bonding. Good for SMT designs in EW, SATCOM, cellular infrastructure and test gear.
