General Description

SAC3802A is a GaAs MMIC 2-way 0° power divider die for 6 to 18 GHz. Insertion loss is 0.7 dB over the 3 dB split, with ±0.2 dB amplitude balance and 25 dB isolation between outputs.

VSWR is about 1.2:1 typical (1.5:1 max) on all ports, it handles +22 dBm input, and the die is 1.17 x 1.21 x 0.1 mm. Used in beamforming modules, EW, SATCOM and test equipment.
