General Description

SAC3811Q5 is a 4-way 0° GaAs MMIC power divider for X-band, 8 to 12 GHz, packaged in a 5 x 5 mm QFN. Excess insertion loss is 1.8 dB or less, isolation between outputs is about 35 dB and VSWR is 1.25:1.

All four outputs track within ±0.1 dB. The 5 x 5 x 1.2 mm package handles up to +22 dBm of input power. One part feeds a four-element subarray directly, which is why it shows up in X-band beamforming modules, EW and SATCOM hardware.
