General Description

SAC3902 is a GaAs MMIC driver amplifier die for 0.9 to 1.3 GHz. Gain is 20.2 dB, flat to ±0.2 dB, with 26 dBm output P1dB and 36 dBm OIP3.

It takes 142 mA from +8 V, has a 3.4 dB noise figure and 1.4:1 VSWR on both ports, and the die is just 1.1 x 1.25 x 0.1 mm. Gain that flat is easy to work with in beamforming modules, and the part also fits EW, cellular infrastructure and SATCOM chains.
