General Description

SAC3904Q3 is a GaAs MMIC driver amplifier which operates between 7~12GHz. The amplifier provides 24dB of gain, 17.5dBm output P-1dB power and 5.5dB noise figure while requiring 68 mA from a +8V supply voltage.

The chip offers full passivation for increased reliability and moisture protection. This amplifier is the perfect alternative to higher cost hybrid amplifiers.
