General Description

SAC3907 is a balanced GaAs MMIC driver amplifier die covering 26 to 38 GHz. It delivers 26 dBm output P1dB and 16 dB of gain (±2 dB across the band) at 20% PAE.

Drain supply is +5 to +6 V at about 400 mA, with a negative gate bias. Being balanced, it keeps good match on or off: about 1.7:1 VSWR in and 1.4:1 out. The die is 2.14 x 1.25 x 0.1 mm and fully passivated, and it fits Ka-band T/R modules, radar and SATCOM transmitters.
