General Description

SAC3908 is a wideband GaAs MMIC driver amplifier die that runs from 100 MHz to 4 GHz. Gain is 14 dB, flat to ±1 dB, with 26 dBm output P1dB at 1 GHz and 37 dBm OIP3.

You can bias it anywhere from +5 to +8 V, at about 150 mA. Noise figure is 4 dB and both ports are 1.5:1 VSWR. The die is a compact 1.25 x 1.25 x 0.1 mm. High OIP3 over multiple octaves makes it a good LO driver or high dynamic range gain stage in test and measurement gear.
