General Description

SAC3917 is a GaAs MMIC driver amplifier die for 6 to 18 GHz with 16 dB of gain and 16 dBm output P1dB. Noise figure is 3.5 dB and both ports are matched to 1.4:1 VSWR.

At just 52 mA from +5 V it is a low power way to add gain across C, X and Ku bands. The die is 1.2 x 1.22 x 0.1 mm. Listed applications include point to point radio, weather radar, optical links, SatCom/VSAT and test instrumentation.
