General Description

SAC3918 is a 2 to 10 GHz GaAs MMIC driver amplifier die with 18 dB gain, ±1.5 dB gain flatness and 19 dBm output P1dB.

Input and output VSWR are 1.3:1 and 1.2:1, so it cascades cleanly with neighboring stages. It runs on +5 V at 80 mA, and the die is a compact 1.06 x 1.05 x 0.1 mm. Common homes for it are radar and ECM, microwave radio, fiber optics and test equipment.
