General Description

SAC3933Q3 is a 0.5 to 6 GHz GaAs MMIC driver amplifier in a plastic 3 x 3 mm QFN. Its 38 dBm OIP3 at 3 GHz stands out next to 12 dB of gain and 18 dBm output P1dB.

Noise figure is only 2 dB, so it can sit in a receive path as well as a transmit one. Power is a single +5 V at 80 mA, gain flatness is ±1.5 dB, VSWR is 1.75:1 and the package is 1.1 mm tall. Good for SDR hardware and high density MCMs.
