General Description

SAC4000Q3 is a GaAs MMIC low noise amplifier in a 3 x 3 x 1.1 mm air cavity QFN, covering 0.7 to 3.5 GHz. Typical noise figure is 0.7 dB (1 dB max) with 22 dB of gain, 19 dBm output P1dB and 30 dBm OIP3.

It runs anywhere from +3 to +5 V, drawing 30 to 80 mA, so current can be traded against output power in low power designs. Gain flatness is ±1 dB and VSWR is 1.5:1. Aimed at wideband communication receivers from UHF through S-band.
