General Description

Packaged in a 4 x 4 x 1.25 mm QFN, SAC4012Q4 is a GaAs MMIC LNA covering 8.5 to 11 GHz with 35 dB of gain and a 1.2 dB noise figure.

Output P_-1dB is 11 dBm typical, 10dBm minimum. It runs on +3.3 to +5 V and pulls around 50 mA, and VSWR is 1.5:1 with gain held to ±1 dB. Packing 35 dB into a small SMT footprint keeps X-band radar receive lineups short.
