General Description

SAC4017AQP3 is an MMIC low noise amplifier in a 3 x 3 x 1.3 mm plastic QFN that covers 30 MHz to 18 GHz. It delivers 20 dB of gain, 13 dBm output P1dB and a 1.8 dB typical noise figure (2.5 dB max).

A single +5 V supply at 60 mA is all it needs. Gain holds within ±1 dB and VSWR is 1.5:1 across the full band. Since it spans VHF through Ku-band, one part can stand in for several band-specific LNAs in wideband telecom receivers.
