General Description

SAC4019 is a GaAs MMIC low noise amplifier die spanning 18 to 40 GHz with 22 dB of gain, a 1.8 dB noise figure and ±1 dB gain flatness. Output P1dB is 10 dBm at 30 GHz.

It runs from a single +5 V supply at only 37 mA, VSWR is 1.5:1 on both ports, and the die is 1.1 x 1.7 x 0.1 mm. That low current keeps heat and supply load down in SATCOM and point to point radio receivers, and it works just as well in test instrumentation.
