General Description

SAC1149A is an S-band low noise amplifier module for 2 to 4 GHz with a 0.6 dB typical noise figure (0.8 dB max). It provides 30 dB of gain with ±1 dB flatness, 10 dBm output P1dB and 23 dBm OIP3.

It draws just 40 mA from +5 V and measures 17.8 x 20 x 8.35 mm. Low noise and low power make it a good fit for deep space communication, microwave radio, telecom and test gear.
