General Description

SAC1216A is an X-band low noise amplifier module for 9 to 10 GHz with 13 dB of gain, a 2 dB typical noise figure and 11 dBm output P1dB.

Power is +8 to +15 V at 200 mA, and VSWR is 2:1 on input and output. Its modest gain makes it an easy low noise stage to add to X-band radar, ECM and microwave radio chains without reworking the rest of the gain budget.
