General Description

SAC1310 is a wideband connectorized driver amplifier module covering 2 to 40 GHz. It gives 30 dB of gain with ±0.75 dB flatness, 10 dBm output P1dB and 17 dBm OIP3.

Noise figure is 6 dB, and input and output VSWR are both 1.4:1. The module runs from +9 to +12 V at about 400 mA. Since one unit spans 2 to 40 GHz, it can act as a general gain stage in broadband test setups and multi-band transmit chains.
