General Description

SAC1318 is a low noise amplifier module for 0.9 to 1.2 GHz with a 0.5 dB noise figure, 33.5 dB of gain held to ±0.5 dB, and 10 dBm output P1dB.

It draws just 80 mA from a +8 to +15 V supply, and the 1.5:1 VSWR on both ports makes it easy to cascade with filters. A good match for low L-band radar, ECM and radio receivers where noise figure matters more than output power.
