General Description

SAC1323 is a VHF low noise amplifier module covering 0.05 to 0.15 GHz (50 to 150 MHz). It has 30 dB of gain, a 0.5 dB noise figure and 22 dBm output P1dB, which is a strong compression point for an LNA.

Ports are matched to 1.5:1 VSWR, and it draws 170 mA from +12 to +15 V. Very low noise together with that much headroom helps VHF receivers that have to cope with strong nearby signals, for example in radio links and test setups.
